Heck YES!

I went to the dentist the other day, and my hygenist and assistant said 2022 is the year they will remove people from their life because it’s not worth the stress. Another friend told me that since they broke up with their partner, they’re sick less often. I’ve experienced significantly improved skin, less brain fog, and less weight on my shoulders after removing people from my life.

I’m sure some of you have experienced something similar.

Why do we ignore our bodies' adverse reactions to the people we allow to remain in our lives? For some of you, it’s a habit to keep unhealthy people in your life; it’s another form of addiction.

Ask yourself two questions about your relationships:

I know someone who looked completely different from when a person entered their life to when the same person exited their life. Never underestimate how much the people around you can affect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Every person either adds or detracts from your life.
