Eating the Frog with the Pomodoro

There are lot of techniques to focus on things.This technique goes back to 19th Century.I found it very helpful and it is very easy to use.

I was pretty much thoughtful about its name , what could be a Pomodoro and how could we eat frog with it but I came to know that Pomodoro is basically a timer in the shape of tomato and that frog is our work.

My first experience was very good , I set the timer to 25 minutes and started studying.I faced a lot of disturbances and distractions during it but I did not paid much attention to them and I just wrote them down.After 25 minutes I gave myself a treat of walk.I went to my friends room and had a little chit-chat.

Now the second round started , I again set the timer to 25 minutes and did the same thing . I repeated this method for four times and eventually two hours were passed.I was surprised to see my efficiency and I have to say that this thing actually works.

The timer is set to 25 minutes because an average human being can focus only for maximum 25 minutes.This pomodoro is just like a muscle gym, you workout your brain for 25 minutes and take a break and then do the same.
