Why You Should Join Postcrossing?

If you came to this site, you already know what Postcrossing is and what this system of exchanging postcards worldwide is for. Why should you join other participants, and what benefits can you get for yourself?

People are weaned on the mail. Regular mail, not email. You have a great opportunity to change that!

I like to open my mailbox because I know that there may be a surprise waiting for me.

The person (sender) has signed a postcard for me, and I am always curious and interested to know who this person is, what the weather is like in their city, what they are into, and more. These are the aspects written on my profile because I am interested in them.

A few years ago, I Yet wrote a request on my profile for the sender to leave their autograph since everyone’s signatures are different and inherently unique!

This is what unites us all around the world — exchanging postcards.
